Most Irritating things I have heard over the last 15 days

In no particular order :

“Sunil,wake up,its 8 already”

Mom asks atleast 12 times a day,”What shall i cook?”

Bro orders,”Get off the ****ing comp,I need it now”

The title song of every damn soap opera on Sun TV

Every time I pick up the phone and say hello, people politely ask,”Sharat ah?”.Suddenly, its like I live in a hostel,Im not a part of this house ( Yeah,Sharat is my bro )

My driving instructor’s voice shrieking,” Cluctha vidu, Kaala edu ” ( loosely translated as ‘leave the clutch, take the foot’ )

Long Time..No See..

Guess its been nearly seven months since my last post, which only goes on to show how I have been held up by my academic duties and certain personal affairs..tch tch..Anyways,Im currently thrusting multiple fingers at the keyboard with my posterior comfortably placed as it has been for the last fortnight or so.These seven months have been eventful to say the least. After all,I bid a tearful adieu to the ranks of the unemployed youth,I attended classes way more regularly,I started sleeping less, masterminded a major fraud ( ally read as Ranjiv),ventured into new grounds,India became T20 World Champions etc etc. There were lots of abysmal moments, lots of piss-offs,but then, without all those, the void would never have been filled.Enough of nostalgia…

I decided to put my hols to good use,so started taking driving lessons and then did something, which at its very mention seems to get everyone rofl.Yes,I joined a gym and Im enjoying every bit of it 🙂 .. Then there’s Facebook, which is cooler and way,way better than Orkut. The Writer’s Guild going on strike has hit me like a thunderbolt,no new episodes,no new series and suddenly Im running out of things to do or watch. And I was extended a helping hand from the sky to kill this boredom. The Indian Cricket League kicked off,the EPL seems to be nicely poised,my set top box’s transmitting new channels, there was this cultural fest we went to in Chennai. It did live up to its reputation, you could keep turning your neck until it just fell off,but every inch of the effort would be worth it.Although only another couple of weeks have to be negotiated before I depart for the hallowed walls of my room in NIT,Trichy for my final semester ( hopefully ),I somehow feel that my hols have something totally unexpected in store for me.
